We will add information from time to time on our range of chairs and our business process.
1. Guarantee We offer a 2 year factory guarantee as standard on all our chairs against manufacturing defects. 2. Lead Times Lead time for UK stock is 2- 3 days from date of order. For factory orders there is a 4 week manufacturing leadtime and a 4 week shipping leadtime to Europe plus UK Customs clearance and delivery. Generally allow about 8 - 10 weeks from date of order. 3. Time in Business Our factory in Taiwan has been making chairs for over 20 years. Tactile Concepts has been selling Chairs in Europe since 2005 as the sales representative for the factory. 4. Container Capacity We quote for full container loads for ex-factory orders either 20ft container or 40ft HQ. It is possible to mix 2-3 different types of chair in a container though there is a 50 pcs MOQ for any one chair type. 5. Specifications We make every effort to ensure that the specification given on this website is accurate, however the factory is constantly modifying and improving their products so the actual specification may change from time to time. Whenever we quote we will set out the specification against which we are quoting and will re-confirm this for any orders placed. This will then be the confirmed specification to be supplied and may differ from the specification on the website. 6. Configurations & Options Many of our chairs can be configured with several options, including colours, fabrics, arm rests, mechanisims, bases and casters. Not all chairs can be supplied with every option but we will be pleased to advise on configuring a chair to meet your requirements. 7. Our Regions We supply to customers in the UK, Europe. Eastern Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. The USA, Canada and S. America are handled by our partners Tactile Concepts Ltd, represented by Bolnar International who are headquartered in Dallas, Texas. |
